Simply sign a short storage agreement, make the quoted payment, and you’ll be ready to move in. Your contract is a month-to-month agreement with Extra Space Asia and consists of a simple three-page document that takes less than ten minutes to complete.

The price quoted by our Customer Service Consultants includes storage charges, service fees, utilities, and maintenance costs. There are no hidden fees.
You may purchase contents insurance separately, as it is not included in the rental.
A refundable security deposit equivalent to one month’s storage charge is required at the start of your rental and will be refunded when you vacate your storage unit.
A one-time administration fee is also required upon commencement of your storage agreement.

Yes. Only registered users or authorised persons listed under your account will be allowed access to your storage unit.
You have the freedom to access your items 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Feel free to add or remove items from your storage room whenever you need.
You will receive a termination confirmation email or a written acknowledgment from Extra Space Self Storage once the process is complete.
Refunds are provided in accordance with the terms and conditions of your agreement. Typically, any prepaid rental beyond the notice period may be refunded after account verification.
You can upgrade to a larger unit or downsize to a smaller one at any time, depending on your storage needs and the availability of units within the same storage facility or at another storage facility.
We will require only 14 days’ notice of your intention to terminate your storage lease.
A refund will be processed for your initial security deposit and any unused payments you have made. Notice must be provided in writing, either by post or email.
Items that do not meet safety or regulatory requirements are not permitted in self-storage. These include:
Hazardous materials such as explosives and flammable goods
Perishable items that could decompose (e.g., exposed foodstuffs)
Living things such as animals and plants
Stolen or illegal goods such as drugs and firearms
