As part of our CSR initiative, the Extra Space Asia team spent a meaningful afternoon as “Makan Buddies” at St Luke’s ElderCare (SLEC), sharing lunch and laughter with the seniors.
An afternoon of connection
Through the Dining Culture Programme, our volunteers supported care staff by serving meals, dining together with the elders, and assisting with post-meal activities. The highlight of the day was the heartfelt conversations, along with an energetic round of Bingo that brought smiles all around.
Small acts, lasting joy
This experience reminded us that simple acts, like sharing a meal or lending a listening ear, can create lasting joy and connection.
