A picture speaks a thousand words but here’s the story behind our latest transformation.

Extra Space Asia is proud to share that the former Keep It Takenotsuka facility has been successfully rebranded as PrivateBox Takenotsuka, effective 1 March 2026.

This transition reflects more than a change in name. We have undertaken a comprehensive asset enhancement initiative, including upgrades to ventilation and air circulation, improved heat insulation, and an enhanced security system. Together with a refreshed façade and new coat of paint, the facility now delivers a significantly elevated customer experience aligned with our PrivateBox standards.

First acquired in September 2025, Privatebox Takenotsuka is a testament to our commitment to delivering high-quality, customer-centric storage solutions in the Tokyo metropolitan area where every detail has been thoughtfully crafted to bring the trusted, premium Extra Space Asia experience right to the heart of the Takenotsuka community.
