Structure and Precedence

• This programme is a layer that attaches to an eligible underlying promotion (for example Evergreen or Tactical). The underlying promotion governs the tenancy. The programme adds only an extra 5 percentage points of discount . In case of any inconsistency, the terms of the underlying promotion prevail unless stated otherwise by Extra Space Asia in writing. 

Eligible Customers

• New customers with current or past service with the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF), Singapore Police Force (SPF), or Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF). 

Proof of Service – Timing

• Customers must provide valid proof of service at the time of booking confirmation and prior to or on the move-in date. 

Accepted Documents

• Valid proof of service, per the accepted-document list published for the market concerned (for example, in Singapore: SAF 11B Identity Card, National Service Identity Card, ORD certificate, or official letter of discharge), or such other documentation as Extra Space Asia may accept at its sole discretion. 

Additional Documentation

• Extra Space Asia may request additional supporting documentation where proof of service cannot be sufficiently established. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in the application being declined. 

Member Benefit

• The eligible customer receives an extra 5 percentage points added to the discount of the eligible underlying promotion, on the same invoice basis and for the same duration as that promotion. The extra 5% does not apply to administration fees, insurance, taxes or other ancillary charges. 

Non-Cumulation

• This benefit may be stacked on one eligible underlying promotion only. It cannot be combined or accumulated with any other Extra Space Asia programme or offer, including the Referral Programme, the Switch To Us offer, or staff offers. Only one such programme benefit may apply to a lease at any time. 

Non-Transferable

• The benefit is personal to the eligible customer and is non-transferable. The discounted unit may not be used by or assigned to any person who is not eligible. 

Duration

• The extra 5% applies only for the discount period of the underlying promotion. Upon expiry, the lease continues on a flexible month-to-month basis at the prevailing standard rate, with no residual discount. 

Governed by the Underlying Promotion

• All other terms of the eligible underlying promotion continue to apply in full, including lease duration, move-in requirements, deposit, autopay obligations and notice periods. 

False Declaration

• Any customer found to have provided false, fraudulent or misleading documentation will have the discount immediately withdrawn. Extra Space Asia reserves the right to recover any discount incorrectly applied and to take such further action as it deems appropriate. 

Data Protection

• Documents are sighted for eligibility verification only. Where practicable, Extra Space Asia records eligibility status rather than retaining copies of identity or relationship documents, and handles all documents in accordance with its data protection and privacy policy and applicable law. 

Family Storage Privilege – Availability

• The Family Storage Privilege is available to immediate family members of an eligible customer (the “Primary Account Holder”) who holds an active and valid lease under this programme at the time the family member’s lease is initiated. 

Family Storage Privilege – Definition

• Immediate family members are the spouse, parents, siblings or children of the Primary Account Holder only. 

Family Storage Privilege – Benefit

• Eligible family members receive an extra 5 percentage points on an eligible underlying promotion, on the same terms as the Member Benefit above.  

Family Storage Privilege – Relationship Proof

• Family members must provide valid documentary proof of relationship prior to or on move-in (for example, marriage certificate for a spouse; birth certificate for a parent or child; documents establishing common parentage for a sibling). Documents are sighted for verification only, per the Data Protection clause. 

Family Storage Privilege – Unit Cap

• The privilege is limited to one additional storage unit per Primary Account Holder. Multiple family members may share one unit, but only one discounted unit is extended per primary account. 

Family Storage Privilege – Dependency

• The family member’s 5% is contingent on the Primary Account Holder maintaining an active lease under this programme. If the Primary Account Holder’s lease ends, the family member reverts to the underlying promotion rate only. 

Family Storage Privilege – Non-Transferable

• This privilege is non-transferable and may not be extended to any person other than an eligible immediate family member. Standard notice periods of the underlying promotion apply. 

Amendment

• Extra Space Asia reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this offer and the Family Storage Privilege at any time, and to determine which promotions are eligible for stacking, with reasonable notice where practicable. 

General

• In the event of any dispute, Extra Space Asia’s decision is final. Other terms and conditions apply.
