Eligibility

This offer is applicable to new customers only.

Non-Combinability

This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions.

Unit Availability

The offer applies to selected units at designated facilities and is subject to availability at the time of booking.

Move-In Window

Move-in date must occur within 30 days of booking confirmation.

Administration Fee

A one-time administration fee of RM30 is payable on or before the move-in date.

Payment Policy

No prepayment is required. This offer is based on fixed lease terms of 1 to 12 months as selected at the time of booking.

Deposit Policy

No Deposit Plan: No security deposit is required. Customers must register for one of the following autopay methods through the Extra Space Asia customer portal prior to move-in: Credit Card Autopay, GIRO/Direct Debit, or PayNow Auto. Failure to maintain a valid autopay mandate will result in an immediate security deposit of one month’s standard rent becoming due.
With Deposit: Customers who do not enrol in an autopay plan are required to pay a refundable security deposit equivalent to one month’s standard rent on or before move-in.

Promotional Discount Period

The promotional discount applies from the 1st month through to the last month of the selected fixed term. The prorated move-in month counts as the 1st month.

Minimum & Maximun Storage Period

The minimum storage period is 1 months, and maximum is 12 months.

Termination Policy

A minimum 14 days’ written notice is required prior to the end of the fixed lease term. Upon promotion expiry, the lease will automatically continue on a flexible month-to-month basis at the prevailing standard rate.

Changes to Terms

Promotional terms and conditions are subject to change, with reasonable notice where practicable.

Dispute Resolution

In case of dispute, Extra Space Asia has the final say in all matters.

Voucher Redemption

Perks are only available for storage durations of 3 months or more.
Vouchers will be distributed on the 4th month of successful move-in.
Vouchers and rebates are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and valid for single redemption only.
